have ready your item number and description, size, color,
quantity and any other distinguishing characteristics of the
item you are ordering. Also, have credit card information ready
if that will be your method of payment.
All shipping/insurance is paid by the customer. Shipping is
calculated based on weight and the mode of shipping: UPS, United
States Postal Service. For international shipping we use

choose the cheaper route of shipping.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your
order, you may return it - in its entirety - for full refund or
replacement except for the shipping charges. We are out the
labor and you are out the shipping. Partial order returns are
accepted only with prior approval. When sending returns, you are
responsible for shipping charges and insurance. Please pack all
